At Extreme Snacks, we understand the importance of protecting your orders during transit. That's why we offer shipping insurance to provide you with peace of mind. When you enable shipping insurance at the cart or checkout, your parcel will be covered against various risks. However, there are certain exclusions and limitations to our shipping insurance coverage:

WITHIN NORTH AMERICA

Covered:

  • Damage during transit
  • Lost or stolen packages
  • Dented bottles

Not Covered:

  • Melted chocolate or candy
  • Broken chocolate bars
  • Return packages
  • Broker fees incurred for international shipments
  • Wrong addresses provided by the customer
  • Used products

OUTISIDE OF NORTH AMERICA

Covered:

  • Damage during transit
  • Lost or stolen packages
  • Dented bottles

Not Covered:

  • Melted chocolate or candy
  • Broken chocolate bars
  • Return packages
  • Broker fees incurred for international shipments
  • Wrong addresses provided by the customer
  • Used products ( will be investigated)
  • Packages damaged by customs & inspected by customs, (customs sticker or tape will be present)

To submit a claim, please email Support@extremesnacks.ca. Allow up to 3 business days for response. Claims may take up to 14 days-21days to resolve depending on the case. We investigate all claims to ensure their legitimacy. 

Please note that while we take every precaution to ensure the safe delivery of your items, some circumstances may be beyond our control. By opting for shipping insurance, you can mitigate the risk of unexpected events affecting your order.
