Extreme Snacks Return Policy

At Extreme Snacks, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products and exceptional service. However, we understand that there may be instances where you may need to return a purchase. This Return Policy outlines the guidelines and procedures for returning items purchased from our store.

  1. Eligibility for Returns:

    • Only products purchased directly from Extreme Snacks are eligible for return.
    • Products must be in their original condition, unopened, and with all original packaging intact.
    • Perishable food items, including snacks, cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
  2. Return Timeframe:

    • You must initiate the return process within 14 days of the purchase date.
    • After the return request has been initiated, the product must be shipped back to us within 7 days.
  3. Returns Process:

    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team by phone or email. Provide the following information:
      • Your order number
      • Reason for the return
      • Description of the item(s) being returned
    • Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number (RMA). Please note that returns without an RMA may not be accepted.
    • Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, including all accessories and documentation that were included with the product.
    • Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
    • Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
    • The customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the item(s).
  4. Restocking Fee:

    • A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount for all eligible returns. This fee covers administrative and handling costs associated with processing the return.
  5. Refunds:

    • Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
    • Shipping costs, including return shipping fees, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective/damaged product.
  6. Exchanges:

    • If you wish to exchange an item, please specify the desired replacement item during the return request. Exchanges are subject to availability.
    • If the replacement item is of greater value than the returned item, you may be required to pay the price difference.
  7. Non-Returnable Items:

    • The following items are not eligible for return:
      • Perishable food items, unless defective or damaged upon arrival
      • Items that have been opened, used, or are not in their original condition
      • Personalized or customized items
  8. Damaged or Defective Items:

    • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will assist you in resolving the issue promptly and provide further instructions for returning the item, if necessary.
