To place an order, please visit our website at www.extremesnacks.ca/ and visit the product of your interest. Under each product, a wholesale price section will be available for products less than pallet size. You will not need to sign up to purchase wholesale from us. For distribution ordering, you will need to privately reach out to us.
Distribution - Pallet Pricing & Orders:
If you are purchasing pallets or inquiring about them, please email us full company info, if you have a loading dock and if you can arrange transportation from our loading dock or not. We can get a quote if you are unable to arrange.

Wholesale Pricing:
Wholesale pricing on our website is 25% off the retail price listed if you use our volume deals available. You may also use our delivery free option without the volume deals as well. Orders over 999-1499 and over 1499, will receive an additional 5% off at least. Please note, this is for the sub-total not including shipping and taxes.
Payment:
We require payment in full before we can ship your order. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal & wire transfer. We do not offer credit terms or COD.
Shipping:
We ship all orders via UPS, FedEx, CANADA POST or Purolator. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer and will be added to your invoice. We will provide you with a tracking number once your order has shipped. PLEASE NOTE, for bigger orders we might need more than one business day to process your order. Buyer is responsible for any damages, however, we will work with them for any claims with couriers to recoup losses to ensure process is seamless.
Wholesale Shipping in Ontario: Over 2500$ CAD will be free delivery in addition to the volume deals.
Distribution Shipping: Delivery charges will be incurred as the pallet price will be lowest market price available. We will get a quote based on location.
Damages and Returns:
We take pride in the quality of our products and packaging. If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt, and we will work with you to resolve the issue. We do also offer an additional insurance option as well. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

At this time, we can only send full truckload and containers to the U.S. Regulations prevent us from sending small amounts of pallets to the U.S. With full truckload we can acquire cert. to send over.

We can clear customs for respected client if we are doing the delivery. Please note this will depend on where the shipment goes. Some countries require additional information we are not able to obtain for products. Please contact us for more information.
