I was originally going to give Extreme Snacks a 1 star review, but how they resolved their mistakes spoke volumes more than the fact that it had happened.
I originally ordered this same order 2 weeks ago and turns out, the website let me order them when they were out of stock.
I called and informed them and they assured me that they would send them out within the week when they got more in.
A day later I got an automated email telling me my order was cancelled.
I called them back and they resolved it so professionally, even staying with me on the phone as they packed it live for me and sent it out the very same day.
Now, I am enjoying a cold can and they’re amazing and I so grateful Extreme Snacks went above and beyond to make it right.
Mistakes happen. But how you respond to them says everything.
